Dr. Anu, MD in Kayachikitsa (General Medicine in Ayurveda), brings over 10 years of experience, including 5 years of teaching. She is deeply committed to the Ayurvedic principle that Agni (digestive fire) is a critical factor in the development and resolution of pathology. Dr. Anu strongly believes that correcting Agni can clear various diseases, particularly neurological conditions, when combined with a proper understanding of the disease stage (Avastha). Her practice not only focuses on curing ailments but also emphasizes restoring health and preventing disease through Rasayana (rejuvenation) and Vajeekarana (aphrodisiac therapies).
